How we measure: 

Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement. 

Bust: Measures armpit to armpit while laying flat, then double. 

Sleeve length: Measure the top of the shoulder to the hem of the sleeve while laying flat. 

Washing Instructions: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron on reverse side. Do not dry-clean.
