Unhappy with Purchases.

These were very long and rand big. Was denied return for credit. After shipped back they refused to give credit and told me they never received the items back.

Due to the Holiday week (4th of July) it was delayed on the return to us. Also USPS advised the label you applied had smudged ink and it delayed the package from coming back to us. We have since received your item and issued you your store credit. I'm sorry this has happened, but sometimes these things are out of our control. Thank you for shopping small with us.
